1st birthday cake smash session Tulsa, Ok

This precious girl was such an absolute doll from the moment she arrived. She had the sweetest little personality, and I loved getting to capture this special milestone for her family. Mom chose the prettiest colors for her session, and everything came together so beautifully. The soft tones and delicate details were perfect for celebrating her very first birthday.

One thing I love about first birthday sessions is that they tell the story of such a fun and meaningful stage. We usually begin with a few classic portraits in different outfits before moving into the cake smash portion at the end. It gives us a chance to capture a variety of images — from sweet smiles and playful expressions to all the messy, frosting-covered fun everyone loves.
