There is something so special about documenting those first few weeks of life. Tiny fingers, sleepy stretches, wrinkly little toes, and those sweet expressions change so quickly. That’s why I always encourage families to schedule their newborn session within the first two weeks after birth whenever possible.
This handsome little guy was an absolute dream during his session. We captured a beautiful variety of images—from timeless posed portraits on simple backdrops to cozy wraps, adorable little hats, and, of course, plenty of sweet family moments. One of my favorite surprises from the session was his precious little smiles while he slept!

One thing I love most about newborn photography is creating a gallery with lots of variety while keeping everything soft, natural, and timeless.
For this session we incorporated:
These classic colors never go out of style and keep the focus exactly where it belongs—on your beautiful new baby.

I always encourage parents to jump in for a few pictures, even if you weren’t planning on it.
Those first days can feel exhausting, but years from now your baby won’t notice whether your hair was perfect or if you were running on very little sleep. They’ll simply see how loved they were from the very beginning.
Some of my favorite images from this session are the quiet moments between mom, dad, and their new little boy.

Newborns change so much during those first few weeks. Tiny lips, fuzzy hair, delicate eyelashes, curled-up fingers, and those squishy newborn rolls disappear faster than most parents expect.
These little details deserve to be remembered.

If you’re expecting and due in the Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Owasso, Bixby, Claremore, or surrounding Oklahoma area, the best time to reserve your newborn session is during your second trimester.
Your due date simply holds a spot on my calendar, and we’ll schedule the actual session once your baby arrives.
I provide everything you’ll need for your newborn session—including wraps, outfits, bonnets, headbands, layers, and props—so all you have to do is bring your sweet baby.
I would love to help you preserve these precious first memories for your family.
